Chicken Nuggets

 

Chicken Breasts cut into "nuggets"

Seasoned Bread Crumbs -

Grated Cheese, We like Parmesan -

Melted Butter

 

This is a very simple recipe and if you leave the breast whole, it makes for a great main course.  I've served these many times at parties etc.  They always seem to be a big hit.  True, they are another one of those cholesterol dishes, but as always,  moderation is the key. 

Naturally you want to wash the chicken and pat it dry.  Mix the bread crumbs and cheese together, in a shallow bowl 

In a separate bowl, melt the butter.  I can't give you specific amounts, it all depends on how many Nuggets or Breasts your making.    You do want to add plenty of cheese though I use at least 1/2 cup of cheese to 1 cup bread crumbs.

Now, dip the chicken in butter, then the dry ingredients, then in the butter again.

Place on foiled lined baking sheet.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 or till done.
