In Loving Memory of

Jack Dowling

March 14, 1939 - November, 9, 2001

To know Jack, was to love him, laugh with him and sometimes curse him for pulling the wool over your eyes.  And that he could do with such expertise. He even had me convinced, that I could bring back to life one of my fish that had jumped from the tank days before.  I know, sounds insane, but Jack could do it...somehow.  Maybe it was because Jack could make you feel like a kid again.  All his crazy pranks, you wanted to believe, just like when you were a  kid, all the magic of "make believe".  And Jack was the all time wizard.

On a very personal note,  I will always hold close to my heart the special talk Jack and I had when my Mom, his "Annie" Alice died.  That talk helped me through some of the most difficult days of my life.

Kissie, Kissie Jack

Thank you for making so many of our lives pure fun.

A very special verse, written by Jacks grandson, Zachary Winder
